Audiometry
The main hearing test used to identify hearing threshold levels of an individual, enabling determination of the degree, type and configuration of a hearing loss and thus providing a basis for diagnosis and management for individuals with hearing loss.

Speech audiometry
Used to measure the ability of a patient to perceive speech signals. Speech materials (pre-recorded or read by examiner) are presented; the patient repeats the speech materials to determine how well it was perceived.

Tympanometry
An examination used to test the condition of the middle ear and mobility of the eardrum (tympanic membrane) and the conduction bones by creating variations of air pressure in the ear canal. Tympanometry is an objective test of middle-ear function

ENG
A diagnostic test to record involuntary movements of the eye caused by a condition known as nystagmus. It can also be used to diagnose the cause of vertigo, dizziness or balance dysfunction by testing the vestibular system

SDS
SDS is used to measure how well a person can understand and differentiate between speech sounds. A normal SDS is between 90% and 100%. A lower SDS could indicate a person's hearing loss.
